AMFC will maintain individual federal and state taxation codes to determine what amount of taxes are owed by winners of various states by law.

AMFC will automatically deduct federal and state taxes owed to states where winners are chosen. AMFC will also deduct the surcharge amount of $10,400 at this time.

 Because AMFC is a non-profit corporation, we can legally sell drawing tickets as a way to support our organization. Because of this ruling we will send you a donation receipt at the end of the tax year so that you may deduct the amount you paid to be entered into our weekly drawings. Each year that you are entered into our drawing, (including the $10,400 paid over ten years to winners) you may take a tax deduction of $510.00 per year.
